14-Day Return & Refund Window
We accept return and refund requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
We accept requests for both defective and non-defective digital products. Every request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 14-day period when an exchange is a suitable solution for your request.

Return Method
As all products sold by Meev are digital products, no physical item needs to be shipped back.
Return and refund requests are processed through our customer support team by email.

Situations That May Not Qualify for a Refund

Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled.
If the order has not yet been fulfilled, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Once the order has been fulfilled and the digital product has been delivered, cancellation is no longer available. Customers may still request a refund within the applicable 14-day return window under this policy.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a payment dispute.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team without the need for a chargeback.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
