1. Shipping Coverage (Physical Products)

We currently ship physical products within:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

Orders placed from unsupported regions may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Free Standard Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all physical orders.
No minimum purchase is required.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service capacity

  • Customs processing (if applicable)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • UPS Canada

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package:

  • Is significantly delayed

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Digital Products – Instant Delivery

All digital products (including downloadable files, templates, and digital resources) are delivered instantly after successful payment.

After checkout, you will receive:

  • Immediate access via your order confirmation page

  • An automatic email containing your download link

No physical shipping is involved for digital items.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please contact our support team for assistance.

8. Shipping Fees

  • All physical orders include Free Standard Shipping

  • Expedited shipping options (if available) will appear at checkout

  • Digital products do not include shipping fees

     

     

9.European Union (EU) Shipping

We now ship to all EU member states. Estimated delivery times for EU orders are 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon purchase — no shipping required.
